By accessing, registering for, or using the Agents Pilot platform, website (agentspilot.me), dashboard application (app.agentspilot.me), or associated AI services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you hold the authority to bind that entity.

Agents Pilot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and utilize our autonomous WhatsApp AI operating system during your active subscription term. Our Service includes: • 24/7 autonomous WhatsApp conversational AI autopilot. • Visual AI workflow studio with conditional node decision logic. • RAG document knowledge base indexing (PDF brochures, catalogs, pricing sheets). • Automated lead temperature scoring (HOT/WARM/COLD) and CRM appointment booking. • Multi-seat team inbox management and role-based access controls.

• **Monthly Subscriptions:** All subscription tiers are billed on a recurring monthly cycle (every 30 calendar days) from the date of initial purchase or trial conversion. • **Official Subscription Plans:** - **Solo Starter:** $29.00 / month (1 WhatsApp Number, 1M Monthly AI Tokens, 25 Products, 5 RAG Docs, GPT-4o Mini). - **Solo Pro:** $59.00 / month (1 WhatsApp Number, 3M Monthly AI Tokens, Unlimited Products, 25 RAG Docs, GPT-4o Mini & Claude 3.5 Haiku). - **Solo Max:** $99.00 / month (1 WhatsApp Number, 8M Monthly AI Tokens, Unlimited Products & Docs, Multi-Model Selection). - **Agency Growth:** $149.00 / month (3 WhatsApp Numbers, 5 Team Seats, 15M Monthly AI Tokens). - **Agency Pro:** $299.00 / month (10 WhatsApp Numbers, 15 Team Seats, 35M Monthly AI Tokens, Claude 3.5 Sonnet & GPT-4o). - **Agency Enterprise:** $599.00 / month (25+ WhatsApp Numbers, Unlimited Seats, 100M Monthly AI Tokens, Custom SLAs). • **Payment Processing:** All transactions are securely processed via Polar.sh. By providing payment details, you authorize recurring charges corresponding to your selected tier. • **Token Consumption:** Monthly AI tokens replenish at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Additional token top-ups can be added via the Wallet dashboard.

• **14-Day Free Trial:** New accounts may access a 14-day free trial period without obligation. • **1-Click Self-Service Cancellation:** You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in your Wallet dashboard under "Manage Subscription". Upon cancellation, your access remains fully operational until the end of your paid billing period, and no further renewal charges will occur. • **7-Day Refund Policy:** If you are unsatisfied with your subscription renewal or encountered technical issues preventing service delivery, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of the transaction date. • **How to Request a Refund:** Send an email with your account email and transaction receipt to support@agentspilot.me. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Agents Pilot is designed strictly for inbound customer engagement, automated service answers, and verified client communication. You agree NOT to use the Service for: • **Unsolicited Bulk Spam:** Sending unrequested, aggressive mass marketing broadcasts or spam to lists of phone numbers who have not opted in. • **Prohibited Goods & Services:** Selling illegal items, prescription drugs, deceptive financial scams, or counterfeit goods. • **Harassment & Hate Speech:** Generating threatening, abusive, or discriminatory content. • **WhatsApp / Meta TOS Violation:** Violating Meta's official WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies. **Suspension Right:** We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account that violates this Acceptable Use Policy without liability.

• **Your Content Ownership:** You retain 100% ownership of all uploaded brochures, product catalog images, price lists, customer records, and proprietary business documents. • **Our Intellectual Property:** The Agents Pilot software, visual workflow builder, user interfaces, branding, algorithms, and documentation are the exclusive property of Agents Pilot Inc.

• **Target Availability:** We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA across our cloud gateways and AI pipelines. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible. • **Limitation of Liability:** To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agents Pilot Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages, WhatsApp policy changes, or AI service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.
