We store subscription statuses, tier IDs, transaction IDs, and renewal timestamps. We never collect or store full credit card or bank account numbers on our servers. • **Usage Telemetry & Device Data:** IP addresses, browser types, session tokens, operating systems, and page navigation metrics collected to optimize platform performance and prevent malicious activity.

We process your data strictly to deliver and enhance the Agents Pilot platform: • Providing 24/7 autonomous WhatsApp messaging, instant customer qualification, and appointment scheduling. • Indexing uploaded knowledge documents into isolated semantic vector embeddings for zero-hallucination factual responses. • Calculating Lead Temperatures (HOT, WARM, COLD) and telemetry to alert your sales team for high-value human takeovers. • Managing billing, subscriptions, invoices, and token quota allocations. • Providing customer support, diagnosing technical issues, and verifying service health. • Preventing abuse, bot attacks, fraudulent activity, and ensuring compliance with WhatsApp/Meta policies.

• **Zero Public Training:** We strictly do NOT use your private customer conversations, uploaded knowledge base documents, or company proprietary data to train public foundation AI models (such as OpenAI GPT or Anthropic Claude). • **Isolated Multi-Tenant Security:** Each workspace's knowledge vectors and flow decision trees operate in logically isolated partitions. Your documents and customer inquiries are never shared with or exposed to other tenants or external organizations. • **Enterprise LLM APIs:** When executing reasoning graphs, data is transmitted to SOC-2 compliant LLM providers via zero-data-retention enterprise API endpoints.

• We retain personal and messaging data only as long as your workspace account remains active or as required by applicable laws. • **1-Click Deletion:** You can delete individual knowledge base documents, products, or your entire account directly from your dashboard Settings. Upon account deletion, all stored files, vector chunks, chat sessions, and credentials are permanently purged from our databases within 30 days.
